Spokane City is hosting a supported series of “extended lunch hour” rides covering most of the existing bike lanes and paths in Spokane.  Provide feedback on the next steps to develop the bike network.  REGISTER

Spokane-to-Airway Heights Group Ride

Wed., May 14, 6:30 am

If you work in Airway Heights or at Fairchild Air Force Base, join Fairchild Air Force Base Cycling for an informal group commute.

The route will avoid the traffic on Route 2 by taking Government Way to Deno Road, then turning left on Craig Road to connect with Route 2 for the final 2 miles to the Fairchild Air Force Base gate.  The route is 12.8 miles total.  Meet at the Fish Lake Trailhead at 6:30 am. Riders of all levels are welcome! ROUTE MAP

Energizer Stations

Grab snacks, coffee and other goodies at energizer stations hosted by local businesses and non-profits around the city.

Learn about the Bicycle Patrol’s beginnings back in 1899 and meet current officers with tales from the road. Presented by Spokane Law Enforcement and Police Museum. RSVP

Ride of Silence

Wed., May 14, 6pm @ Riverfront Park

A silent procession to honor cyclists killed or injured on the road. A short dedication will precede the ride. Meet by the “Runner” sculptures. Wear helmets. RSVP
